4.How do we pay? Technology of the payment transaction

Before proceeding to the completion of the Payment Transaction, all the basic parameters and conditions of the Sale directed for payment shall be made available to the Buyer:

the unique identifier of the Order;

the price and quantity of each product/service in the Transaction;

if the Transaction involves delivery:

-conditions of delivery - full or only reference to the Commercial Conditions, and if the Commercial Conditions provide for different modes of delivery, then the mode of delivery applicable to this Transaction must also be unambiguously indicated;

-dates of delivery (name, surname, telephone number of the Recipient, address of delivery);

the price of the delivery, if payment applies;

the checks (name of the document (e.g., ID)) of the Consignee to be carried out upon delivery of the Package.

other payments if applicable to this Transaction;

the total amount of the order, equal to the amount of the Payment Transaction to be initiated by the Merchant for the payment of the given Sale;

reference and active link to the Terms of Business;

any other special conditions applicable to the given Transaction.

Prior to the initiation of the Payment Transaction the Buyer must indicate his agreement to the Terms of Business by ticking the box "I have read and agree to the Terms of Business".

Payment can be made through the payment instruments offered by "Paynet Service" Ltd. The ordered products must be paid in full, otherwise the delivery will not be made.

The website is secure, does not store your personal, account or card data used in making an online transaction.

 5.Delivery and return uses the courier services of Nova Posta.

Delivery in Chisinau

Delivery is free of charge if the amount of the purchase exceeds 75.00 MDL. 

The delivery terms for orders are up to 3 working days.

Delivery on the territory of the Republic of Moldova

Delivery is free of charge if the amount of the order exceeds 5000 MDL. If the amount of the order does not exceed 5000 MDL, the cost of delivery is 150MDL.

Delivery terms in the district centres of the republic are up to 3 working days.


If the goods have been lost by the Buyer within 9 days, or the delivery is impossible / has not been made within the maximum term / has not been made within 30 (thirty) days from the date of confirmation of the respective Payment Transaction, is obliged to initiate the Revocation of the respective Payment Transaction/Transaction, unless the Buyer's express written consent to the extension of the delivery term has been received.

The e-Shop or the Buyer has the possibility to initiate both the Revocation of the Payment Transaction/Transaction in full and in part, depending on the nature and cause of the revocation.

Other examples of conditions for the cancellation of the transaction:

Once the beneficiary has entered the payment data, confirmed and authorised the payment, it will not be possible to make changes, revoke the payment and return the funds related to this payment.

The commercial relations between the beneficiary and are officially regulated by the consumer protection bodies when concluding and executing remote contracts. The consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing that he/she renounces the purchase, without penalty and without giving any reason, within 14 days of receiving the product or, in the case of services, of the conclusion of the contract.

The Beneficiary may not request reimbursement of the funds transferred, and the Operator shall not consider the Beneficiary's claims for reimbursement of the funds.

Final and Judicial Provisions

Any dispute arising in connection with the use of this service will be resolved amicably. In the event of disputes arising during the purchase, payment or delivery of products purchased from the company and which are not regulated by a paragraph of this act, they will be settled amicably within 30 working days from the time of written notification of the problem.

If the dispute cannot be settled amicably, the courts of the Republic of Moldova shall have jurisdiction. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the customer assumes the entire risk.
